Welcome to Margetts and Associates, one of the longest established practice in the Medway towns, remaining family run and fully independent where our aim is to treat your pet like we would expect ours to be treated when visiting the vet. Being an independent practice, unlike many other practices in the area, we are able to have a stable and consistent team of vets, nurses and receptionists who, will endeavour to make your visit a personable, relaxed and caring one whilst also striving to provide the best possible care for your valued furry family member. 

All of our vets have been qualified for a number of years enabling them to possess the skills, knowledge and confidence to treat your pet and all of our nurses are either fully qualified with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons or progressing towards qualification. In the event that we feel your pet would benefit from further expertise, we will have no hesitation in recommending you to a referral centre so that collaboratively we can work to get the answers and necessary care required for your pet. 

A number of charities and organisations trust us to care for their pets, including; Guide dogs for the blind, The British Army, Hypo Hounds, British Transport Police, Seeing dogs Alliance, Canine Assisted learning and more, which should give you the reassurance to know that you and your pet are in extremely capable hands.
